Yingkou Petrochemical Industrial Research Institute, established in 1971, is a scientific and research institution engaged in the R & D of refined chemical products. Yingkou Petrochemical Research Institute has presently nearly one hundred employee, scientific and technological personnel accounting for 76%, among which 31% are middle and senior engineers.
